Ceremony of November 11, 2023
A look back at the graduating class of spring 2023, who wrote the Institute exam in June 2023.
Charles-Pelletier Award
At each graduation ceremony, we join our ceremony presenting partner in recognizing the student who has best met the Institute exam requirements (situational integration framework, analyses and recommendations).. The award takes the name of our founding president, Charles Pelletier, and that of the ceremony presenting partner.
At the ceremony that took place on November 11, 2023, Christophe Faucher-Courchesne was awarded the Charles-Pelletier – Desjardins Wealth Management Award.
Coup de cœur Award
We also have an award for the individual who stood out the most from their peers during their training with the Institute.
At the ceremony on November 11, 2023, the Coup de cœur Award went to Guillaume Mayer-Décarie.
Recruit of the Year
The Recruit of the Year award is given by the Institute’s Board of Directors to financial planners who have made an exceptional start to their careers and contributed significantly to the Institute, the profession, and the community.
The Recruit of the Year award was presented to Étienne Bélanger and Jean-François Girard at the ceremony on November 11, 2023.

Students in the class of fall 2023 who pass their exam in December will receive their financial planning diplomas from the Institute at this ceremony. If this applies to you, you will receive an official invitation by email.
