Description

This course covers the recent tax changes introduced in the 2024 budgets, as well as measures related to the Basic Income program and the Social Solidarity program. It places particular emphasis on the Disability Tax Credit and examines the operation, optimization and impact of the Registered Disability Savings Plan (RDSP), using concrete financial examples. The training also addresses estate planning for parents of children with disabilities, presenting the different types of trusts and their effects on the beneficiaries’ financial situation.

This training activity, offered in French and English, consists of one hour of asynchronous preparatory work and a four-hour virtual class.
